1. Happy Returns (Box-Free & Instant)

• No box or tape needed: Just bring your item(s) and your return QR code to our location in Johnson City, TN

• Instant processing: Your items are scanned and approved on the spot, so your refund or exchange is triggered immediately.

2. FedEx Easy Returns

• Drop off packaged returns: Bring your pre-packaged items with a printed FedEx label, or present your FedEx drop-off QR code.

• Pre-paid shipping: Generate and print your label directly from your retailer's return portal before heading over.

3. Amazon Returns (Box & Label Required) .

• Must select Box & Label: When initiating your return on Amazon, please select the option to receive a printable shipping label (or "Box and Label").

• Important Notice on QR Codes: We cannot process Amazon QR codes that specify drop-off at FedEx Office or The UPS Store. Items returned with us must have a physical, printed shipping label taped to the box or an eligible drop-off code.

Standard Pre-Labeled Package Drop-Offs

As always, we accept pre-labeled packages for FedEx, UPS, and USPS!

If you already have your return or shipping label printed and attached to your sealed box, simply drop it off with us during normal store hours—no line, no hassle.
